Shandong Haisen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, established in Mar. 11, 2003 with registered capitals of 10 million Yuan, is a subsidiary company of Shandong Hengli Hushan Group Company which possesses total capital of 300 million Yuan. In 2000, the group company became a listing company through combining with Ningxia Hengli, collecting funds of 50 million Yuan. In Nov. 17, 2003, internal employee stocks with value of 8 million Yuan were put to listing to circulate, with present price of 6.50 Yuan. Making use of such collected funds, our Group Company, mainly engaging on machinery manufacturing, knitting clothing, construction and decoration, sea products breeding, medicine manufacturing and other fields, newly established Mariculture Industry and Haisen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In 2002, when Xi’an Jiaotong University Pharmaceutical Group Company re-composed property to adapt to rapid development of medicine industry, our company decided to grasp this opportunity to further expand operating fields, advancing to high-new technical field. Then with such financing capitals from listing, in Nov. 2002, our company invested 30 million Yuan to Xi’an Jiaotong University Pharmaceutical Group Company and purchased 30 percent of property rights, founding Haisen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As a company generated from the merging between Shandong Hengli Hushan Group Company and Xi’an Jiaotong University Pharmaceutical Group Company, Haisen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd occupies a floor area of 25 thousand sq. meters and possesses 100 staff, including 40 social laid-off workers. Depending on modernized and large-sized solid preparation workshops, the company can presently manufacture six forms of pharmaceutical including some for hepatitis B treatment, kidney disease treatment and hypertension treatment, all having passed “National Pharmaceutical GMP Authentication”. With annual producing capacity of over 5,000 billion tablets (pouches), the company can achieve sales incomes of 200 million Yuan and profit payments and tax turnover of 20 million Yuan.
